Delete your lead information
Draft for legal review, last edited October 22, 2026. It may change before it's final.
If you filled out a Facebook or Instagram lead form for a business that works with Wild Type Digital, Roar may have a copy of your answers. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and you don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Email privacy@wildtypedigital.com with the subject line "Delete my lead information".
- Include the email address or phone number you used on the form, and the business's name if you remember it. That's how we find your record.
- We'll delete your answers and the records of the emails sent about them within 30 days, then write back to let you know it's done.
Roar never asks you to log in with Facebook, so there's nothing to disconnect in your Facebook settings.
What gets deleted
Your form answers, Meta's IDs for your submission and the records of the alert emails sent about it. We keep a short note that we handled your request, without your form answers in it, so we can show it was done.
What we can't delete for you
The business you contacted has its own copy of the alert email, and it may have added you to its own systems. We'll pass your request along to them, and you can also contact them directly.
Meta keeps its own copy of what you submit on Facebook and Instagram. You can manage that in your Facebook or Instagram settings or in Meta's Privacy Center.
If you never ask
Roar deletes lead form answers on its own 13 months after they arrive. Our privacy policy has the details.
